It could be a few things:
- Did you use the card you registered with? You must make your purchase with the card you registered in order to receive your reward.
- Did you choose credit when using your debit card? Debit card purchases authorized with your PIN do not qualify towards the offer. You must choose credit when presented with the option.
- Did you complete all of the offer's requirements? After you registered for the offer, you should have gotten an email with all the offer instructions.
- Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes reward notifications can get stuck there.
- Has it been more than 2 days since your in-store purchase? It may take up to 2 business days to receive your reward.
